As part of its ongoing series covering alleged police excessive force and misconduct in Harnett County, North Carolina, the News & Observer reported on a 124-page federal lawsuit filed by Zaytoun Law Firm on behalf of five of the county’s residents, including the family of John Livingston, a man killed on his front porch by a Harnett County Sheriff’s Deputy.
