Robert Zaytoun Featured in Ocracoke Observer Article on Outer Banks Power Outages; Zaytoun Law Firm Appointed Co-Lead Class Counsel

Zaytoun Law Firm's Managing Partner Robert Zaytoun was recently featured in an Ocracoke Observer article on the Outer Banks power outage class action lawsuits that are currently ongoing.  The Ocracoke Observer reported on the fact that PCL, the company who's construction on the Bonner Bridge allegedly caused the power outage on Ocracoke and Hatteras Islands, is seeking to dismiss legal claims filed against it and avoid paying damages to people and business owners who were harmed by the power outage.  Robert Zaytoun's comments in the article highlight the benefits of choosing to pursue fair compensation from PCL through the class action litigation, which is already ongoing in Federal Court, as opposed to attempting to resolve a claim against … [Read more...]
