Martha Capps Family Foundation Supports Fight Against Mental Illness at “Evening of Hope”

 The positive impact of one of Zaytoun Law Firm's legal cases was showcased in a wonderful way recently at the "Evening of Hope," an annual charity event supporting the fight against mental illness at the Angus Barn in Raleigh, NC.  The Martha Capps Family Foundation, which was liberated from the hands of swindling Raleigh stockbroker Hal Blondeau by Zaytoun Law Firm and co-counsel Gil File in Capps v. Blondeau, 07 CVS 1648, Wake County Superior Court, made a sizable donation to the Foundation of Hope and was recognized at the annual Angus Barn event. Robert Zaytoun Honored with “Leaders in the Law” Award from NC Lawyers Weekly

On September 25, 2015, North Carolina Lawyers Weekly honored Zaytoun Law Firm principal Robert Zaytoun at the fifth annual Leaders in the Law awards ceremony. Robert was one of only twenty five attorneys or judges to receive the prestigious Leaders in the Law award, which is given to legal giants "who have gone above and beyond in their profession and their community."  Lawyers Weekly described Robert Zaytoun and the other award recipients as "the most influential individuals within our state’s legal community." Zaytoun Law Firm Wins $871,000 Verdict in Employment Discrimination Case

      Zaytoun Law Firm was recently featured in North Carolina Lawyers Weekly and in the Triangle Business Journal for a substantial verdict won by the firm in an employment discrimination case.  In Eric Rappaport, MD v. Raleigh OB/GYN Centre, PA, 14 CVS 1438, Wake County Superior Court, Zaytoun Law Firm’s client won a verdict of $871,603.00 in compensatory and punitive damages, and a judgment for over $1,000,000.00 with the addition of costs and pre-judgment interest. Zaytoun Law Firm Wins $10,000,000 Verdict in Broker Fraud Case–Makes Front Page of NC Lawyers Weekly

Zaytoun Law Firm was recently featured on the front page of North Carolina Lawyers Weekly for a multi-million dollar verdict in a stockbroker fraud case handled by the firm.  In Estate of Martha Capps v. Hal Blondeau, 07 CVS 16486, Wake County Superior Court, Zaytoun Law Firm’s clients won a verdict of $10,330,683.94 in damages, in addition to costs and attorneys' fees.
